I met and was greeted by Crystal as soon as I arrived at the store. Crystal was very helpful throughout the entire process, she helped me find everything I was searching for and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend asking for her if you’re in the market for new jewelry! 10/10! :) I stopped today at the St Clairsville Ohio store to have my jewelry checked for warranty and cleaned. Alison was there who I really like she is friendly and very knowledgeable about jewelry that I have purchased. Today I ended up buying a peridot necklace and earrings to match. Kat and Chasiti were amazing!!! Very helpful, we bought a watch and Levian ring. #1 in customer service. Highly recommend!!!! Kay's in St Clairsville mall is our go to for jewelry! They are the best!! On our last visit Cliff went out of way to help us with an issue we had with one of my rings. Today we were in there, even though they were extremely busy we didn't have to wait long for assistance. Chasiti took care of us right away helping with our cleaning and making a purchase. As soon as Cliff was free he made a point to stop by to say hi and make sure we were taken care of!! All of the staff have always been helpful with our other purchases. Keep up the great work!! Allison and Cliff at Kay’s Ohio Valley Mall are always very helpful when I’m looking for the perfect piece of jewelry. I am always very satisfied with my shopping experience at this location. If you’re looking for beautiful jewelry go see Allison or Cliff you won’t go wrong. They were so nice, and quick to help us out. If you ever go in there make sure you get Chasiti Winzenreid she is the best! Chasiti at the St.C Kay’s office was absolutely wonderful! She was very pleasant and informative. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help me through the first time at a jewelry store! Chasiti was wonderful to work with! She totally understood what I was looking for and found the right wrap for my ring! If I could give her 10 stars I would! Chasiti was so amazing to have help make my Valentine's day easy! I came in to buy a chain for my boyfriend, I was helped by Laney who was so incredibly helpful and sweet. She was able to connect me with Josh, who was just as wonderful. It was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to show him the chain!
