Tho my repair took longer than estimated the work was excellent. Bill did a great job restting my ring and it looks brand new. The owners are so nice and just very well versed in their business. Thank you so much for stunning work! I could not be more pleased with my experience. Angie Minglin helped me get the engagement ring of my dreams! The service here is outstanding, you will not find anyone sweeter to work with! A grateful thank you to Bill, Angie and Michael at Minglin Jewelry. After years of my wedding ring diamonds being mostly on the back side of my finger, I decided to have my engagement and wedding rings soldered together. Bill also found I needed the prongs on my diamond replaced. Which didn’t surprise me, since I never had my rings checked and they are quite old. From Michael and Angie’s personal customer service, to Bill fixing my rings my experience was awesome. I am glad I chose Minglin jewelry and would recommend them to anyone who needs to find a good jewelry shop. Thanks again to all!!! I am a very happy customer!!! Everyone so friendly. Walking in the store in sweats and my hair up looking bad but was treated with the upmost respect. I felt so welcomed not pressured and I got some of the finest jewelry that I have ever owned. I come here for watch and jewelry repairs, as well as to find out if the jewelry I inherited from my grandmother is legit or costume (turns out one ring was white gold and not fake silver!)

I really appreciate that Michael knows a ton about old watches and took the time to teach me about them, as well as help me find just the right band and clasp cause I'm picky. And he shined 'em real pretty, too ✨

I just sent my Citizen Ecodrive watch to California to have it repaired and I just found out I could have had it done there, ugh. Would have saved me shipping and time, so I know next time to ask the local guys first. They're more fun anyways. Always great work and great friends who take good care of all my jewelry needs!! Bill resized my wedding band for my little finger and took the remaining gold and combined with gold from my husbands wedding band and made me this beautiful ring so that I can now always have a piece of Ed and me together on my finger.
