I am incredibly grateful for my experience with Jessica, the assistant manager at Kay’s in Creekside today. I had only intended to pick up my repaired gold necklace, but I left with much more. Not only did I receive a beautiful bracelet for my mother that she’ll love, but Jessica also educated me about the diamond I was purchasing.

I’ve always been hesitant to buy jewelry on my own because I didn’t understand what I was getting into. However, Jessica went above and beyond to find me a wedding band for my upcoming wedding. I’m leaving the store in tears of joy because I now have a confidence I’ve never had before.

Thank you, Jessica! AMAZING customer service! Jessica especially was such an angel! Stayed with me for almost 3 hours trying to figure out technical issues so that way I could get my Man his special gift. Would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone!!<3 I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Kay Jewelers today due to an older woman with short hair who claimed her name was Nova. Her tone was cold, dismissive, and outright rude, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The negative energy was so overwhelming that I ended up leaving rather than endure more of her attitude. If this is the standard of service here, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Hopefully, management ensures their staff understands the importance of basic kindness and professionalism. Jazz was amazing! I don’t know much about jewelry and she took the time to walk me through many different options, and I loved the set I walked away with. Definitely will be going back to her. Jessica the assistant manager and everyone who works here are so attentive and detailed! Loved the way they wrapped my gift. Amazing customer service! This was my first visit to Kay in NB for a repair. The piece I had repaired was something that wasn't expensive but had great sentimental value to me. I purchased a new chain from Kay, but the pendant needed work on it to be able to hang on the chain. It was processed and taken care of as if the pendant was a gem. That meant a lot to me. Staff are very friendly and respectful and the repair was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Iliana The manager is amazing and helped with the customer RING and worked diligently to get everything done and back to me and I got it today and I’m so thrilled I feel so grateful. I love Kay Jewelers but i love Liliana better.!!!! Five stars Long story. Our experience with Tabbatha, who was temporarily filling a position at Creekside Town Center in New Braunfels, Tx was amazing. Tabbatha went over and beyond to help make my partner happy because my partner lost her Morganite stone while at work. Tabbatha let us know about replacing it with a lab created diamond, but she saw the tears in my partners eyes, knowing that it wasn't really what my partner wanted. While the Morganite stone was not insured Tabbatha explained how we could replace the Morganite with a lab created Sapphire closely resembling the Morganite. Tabbatha wasn't sure if it could be done but she took it upon herself to call around and was able to find someone that could create the lab created Sapphire. Tabbatha definitely was very knowledgeable in her work. We went ahead and placed our trust in Tabbatha and placed the replacment stone order for the my partner's ring. The ring came in at timely manner and we were called by Kylie that the ring was in. The look of satisfaction on my partner's face was PRICELESS. Thanks to Tabbatha and the rest of your staff. We will definitely continue to shop at Kay's and here's a BIG SHOUT OF OF THANK YOU for Tabbatha!! You're the Best!! Came here to buy an engagement ring. Jasilyn Q. was phenomenal and helped me find exactly what I was looking for— an excellent saleswoman, cared more for me as a customer than a sales opportunity. Easy 5 stars. Lindsay was incredible! She showed me everything I wanted to look at! She was super sweet and took the time to shop what I wanted. There was another very sweet lady that also helped us. I will always shop at Kays because they treat you like you matter.
