Excellent customer service, and a great customer experience team. I will definitely be considering them again! Absolutely wonderful collection, and custom services. Moving to Bozeman from a large city I have been delighted to find Alara. A fabulous array of jewelry, I have gotten many gifts here for friends and received a few gorgeous pieces from a look Alara. I have loved working with Babs on several custom pieces and I’m so impressed by the creativity. I bought a very special loose stone while on an international family trip. The team at Alara helped me a design the perfect ring & setting for the stone. Everyone was wonderful to work with and was patient with my decision making. There was a great balance of helping me understand what would look best and letting me choose what I wanted. The final custom piece is absolutely gorgeous and it’s a piece I will cherish forever! Thank you! I live in Alabama and they worked with me virtually and they did such an amazing job! Would totally recommend! They are the best in the business!! I cannot recommend them more. I am over the moon with my ring from them. They communicated every step of the process and did everything in a timely manor. They were super easy to talk to and brought my vision to life better than I could’ve imagined! I used to love Alara and they had always done good work cleaning and repairing my rings. My opinion of them changed, however, when I brought in a pinky ring to be resized and one of the employees asked me if I had “ever heard of a sandwich” and said “perhaps I should try one.” When I came back in a couple of weeks later to pick up my ring, the gal I told about the incident apologized but didn’t seem like she would take the matter any further. Be prepared for unprofessional comments about your weight if you go in. I chose Alara to put together a custom engagement ring this past summer and had a fantastic experience. Everyone I interfaced with was pleasant, professional, and welcoming. Chantell was VERY receptive to my fiancé’s vision and went above and beyond to ensure the process was fun and stress-free. When all was said-and-done the diamond and custom setting came out to be less expensive than the initial estimate and was completed ahead of schedule. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would absolutely work with Chantell and Alara again. I had an amazing experience redesigning my engagement/wedding set with Chantell. She listened to what I envisioned and I am so so happy with the results!
