Wow! Such sparkly jewelry. Best customer service in this town! Highly recommend! A++ David, Barb, JoJo, and Brooke were super helpful! Excited to go pick out my forever ring, next time! Excellent customer service They were very helpful assisting me to get my rings sized today! Every time we are in there the staff is always so helpful and super sweet! Kay’s in the Olean mall is very helpful and always give great service. Brooke has been exceptional over the years! She has helped me from earrings to a bridal set, which she did while I was living in North Carolina! She extremely patient and knows her stuff! The ONLY reason I shop at Kay's truly is because of her!! Keep doing what your doing, Brooke!!! All the people at the Olean Kay’s are great and very helpful! David and Brooke in the Olean location are absolutely wonderful to work with, they always go above and beyond to help me and my family with our jewelry needs! Heck, I have one daughter that enjoys them both so much she stops in just for the warm hello and a smile! Highly recommend Olean’s Kay’s jewelry store. David , Brooke and the whole Kay’s team exceeded my expectations and are extremely knowledgeable! Anything I’ve ever needed is always handled in such a professional manner and I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile. 10/10 would recommend. I love this Kay Jewelers located in the Olean Center Mall. My mom and I have been shopping here with David, Brooke, Jesse, Laurel and Sierra for over 20 years. Everyone is so great to work with!! They also really love and appreciate beautiful jewelry themselves and always make it exciting!! I'm also grateful I can get ahold of them to help me find something I've been looking for or something I've loved that went out of stock.
