I had such a great experience here. Kalliopi was able to clean my ring on the spot. I simply adore my ring and you have made this experience so pleasant! Thank you for helping me pick the most beautiful and perfect diamond to upgrade my wedding ring! Sharon and Valery are the diamond angels! Extremely helpful and personable! I needed assistance getting my ring sized up (it was purchased at a different Kay) and they took great care of my situation. Will certainly recommend them moving forward! Went in today and Kalliopi helped me. She was AMAZING! She made the experience so easy and fun; she was the sweetest and so helpful. She answered all my questions and truly went above and beyond for us! Kalliopi and Valery were both amazing at helping me find a wedding band that fit perfectly with my engagement ring. They were not pushy at all and made us feel very comfortable. I appreciate their help very much and I am sooo happy with my purchase and excited for our wedding!!! They helped my husband and I with an engagement ring and our wedding bands. It’s always a personable experience when we visit, and the prices are top tier(affordable). Alexis is awesome, I popped in right before closing to get my rings cleaned and she didn’t hesitate to assist. I would definitely recommend. Sharon Bells assisted us on two occasions between 12/24 and 3/25 with purchasing approximately 9K in jewelry.
Sharon is one of the most professional, helpful, patient and knowledgeable customer service staff we have ever encountered and she is a great asset to Kay Jewelers. We won't go anywhere else in the future if she is still there. Thank you so much Sharon!! I went there to buy some jewelry and a girl name Rania Taheri helped me out so much! I love the customer service I received. They are the best!!!!
