I hate shopping for jewelry, it is often like buying a new car but that all changed at the Manchester Market Square Jewelers. Bob Hyde had been the friendliest, no pressure person we have ever dealt with. He is very down to earth, not like some other people we dealt with that were always trying to get us to spend more, or seemed to look down on us when we questioned prices. Bob has gone out of his way to help us reach a decision and save money about a ring I wanted to have made, incorporating my own diamond. I couldn't be happier and will go to him for all jewelry purchases we may need to make in the future. All three of the sales women present at the shop were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful for my transactions. I brought in some jewelry that I optioned for credit to buy another piece that had to be brought in from another store. That piece I had seen online was even more beautiful in person. The sales team made everything so easy and so pleasant! We secretly chose each other engagement rings here. We returned together to pick out our wedding bands together. Because our engagement rings were so unique we weren't sure what could possibly go with them. The selection was enough that we found the perfect rings. If you are looking for something unique and special, this is definitely the place to go! Unless you select a plain band it is pretty much a guarantee that no one will have a ring like yours! Santana and Rob were incredible when I came in to purchase a ring for myself. I wouldn’t say I knew what I wanted from the beginning, but after all their care and knowledge, I was able to envision just the look I desired. The blue topaz ring I chose brings me so much joy, and I think it’s stunning. This jewelry store is unique and has a selection like no other! I tell everyone about this place. Can’t wait to see what new stock comes in next! Exceptional customer service from Santana. I brought my niece’s tangled necklace in for recommendations or help. I left it overnight with Santana, who completely detangled the huge snarl at no charge. I was thrilled!

I had previously purchased a gorgeous opal necklace from Market Square Jewelers. I’m very impressed with them. Santana and Rob were so pleasant and provided excellent customer service! It was a job I had been told wasn’t possible previously however not only did the Market Square Jewelers team take on the task, Maria understood the sentimentality so kindly while walking me through every step, and then delivered a beautiful updated version of the ring in under a month! THANK YOU!! I have bought a pendant, diamond bracelet and a signet ring from Market Square Jewelers and they have been wonderful. The pendant and bracelet are both beautiful and exactly as described on the website . The signet ring was a little more difficult to purchase from a website and I had a lot of questions, fortunately Ashley helped me with all the questions I had, even got me pictures and gram weights and font style choices. I haven’t received it yet ,but I’m sure it’s going to be beautiful. They were really helpful, and I would definitely purchase from them again! LOVE how easy and quick the appraisal and cleaning process was for my engagement ring. Rob was the one who assisted me and he was amazing. He always made friendly conversation and remembered how the details I gave from our first meeting! He is a rockstar and he is the reason I will be returning when it’s time for wedding bands.
