I went to have batteries replaced on 3 different watches and possibly a watch band replaced, however I got the feeling they didn't want my black dollar and the atmosphere was not especially welcoming. The owner told me and I quote. I would have to call Citizen with the model number for the watch. Long story short I found an "Amazing" Jeweler that really knows his stuff. Chester Jewelry is an outstanding business with Great customer service!! And the owner had the exact watch band I was looking for. Glasco Jewelers has been amazing to work with. My husband got my engagement ring from them and then we returned to purchase our wedding rings. They are great people and we love supporting a local business. We will always recommend them and plan to continue sending our friends to them! Definitely recommend this location! They are helpful, not overly priced, and I received my adjusted rings sooner than expected. Recently engaged & was looking for a local jeweler to size my ring. The thought of someone sending it off or even being with out it for weeks, had me so stressed. I went in to talk with them & get pricing and they put my mind at ease. They were so friendly and personable. Not only did they win my business, they had my ring back 2 days early. I'll definitely be going back. My husband and I visited this shop to get pricing on repairing my engagement ring and anniversary band. We wound up upgrading my engagement ring with an estate piece of jewelry that is stunning and perfect for me. The staff is very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They do beautiful work. It was a wonderful experience all around. Wonderful people, felt relaxed, took a 100 year old family ring in to be repaired to be given to my son's soon to be bride. They did an incredible job on the repair. It was absolutely stunning. My daughter-in-law cherishes her ring.
