I've been to Kyle's two times in the last month. Once to take my wife's wedding ring in for a new setting and once to have my watch band fixed. Both times, I was totally satisfied with the service and the workmanship we received. They are very good at what they do. I highly recommend them. Kyle's jewelry is the best! I upgraded the center stone in my original wedding ring. The ring was even more beautiful than my original ring. I am extremely pleased. I told them exactly what I wanted and they did it to complete perfection. The customer service is spot on! I will continue to use Kyle's for all of my jewelry needs. Kyle's Jewelry is the best! I had my grandparent's wedding bands and some diamonds from my great-grandma's tennis bracelet that I wanted turned into a ring. My grandpa always wore a white gold nugget ring that I thought was the coolest. His ring became who he was, he never took it off and I wanted something similar. I hesitated for years to get something made because I needed someone I could trust, someone with good character, and someone who understood the value and personal value I was entrusting them with. I've known the owner for over a decade through going to the same gym. Once I found out that he owns Kyle's Jewelry I knew he was the guy to create my ring. Once I shared my idea he and his son worked extensively to come up with something that turned out better than I had imagined. What I got was a handcrafted, manly ring, with history, and made by great people. I couldn't be any happier with the outcome. I've bought several other pieces from them before and plan to keep coming back anytime I need good jewelry Kyle and John are running a really great business! I picked out a watch they JUST bought in and haggled for it, only to discover it was actually worth more than we both thought! They kept their word and sold for about what I bargained for, which is a really hard thing to do when you're trying to run a profitable business. I highly recommend them! So so kind and turned an unfortunate event into a blessing! I lost the main gem on my wedding band and the owner immediately found a replacement that fit perfectly. I don’t live in the area but would travel to bring him my business again !! Very happy - this is where I always come for watch repair and battery change. Quick efficient and reasonably priced. Phenomenal jeweler. Kyle and his son John are the best! We had them replace a fitting with a new diamond and create a pendant from another gem. Will be back! Excellent service! Came in to get some jewelry cleaned and a couple pieces fixed. Very friendly, fair prices, honest family run business. Got everything back and perfect in a couple days! Highly recommend and will definitely be back My wedding ring had become very thin and the prongs were loose, so I didn’t wear it for a long time. Finally decided to have it repaired. Glad I took it to Kyle. He and his son are very nice folks and they did a great job on my ring! I’m very happy that I chose Kyle. My ring is like new!! I plan to use Kyle's for all of my repairs going forward. They are honest and very helpful.
