I wanted a duplicate made of a bracelet my dad had made for my mom 50 years ago!! Other jewelers couldn’t get close, but Jessi at Redlands jewelers has the equipment to copy the name on the bracelet and make a copy almost exact to the original. The chain is slightly different as they have changed over the years but the end result is fantastic. Jessi is great to work with and really cares about providing the customer the best she can offer. She works with you until you get the result you want. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and highly recommend this jewelry store. Very friendly and caring staff. I’d had two previous dealings with Redlands Jewelers in past years and was and still am very happy with past business as well as current business relationships.
All employees concerned have always been very helpful in my dealings with Redlands Jewelers. I will be happy and satisfied to do business with them again. I was looking for a unique and special ring for my anniversary. Brian was helpful and responsive. He found some lovely center stones to choose from and listened to what I wanted. I’d say Redlands Jewelers over delivered. I’m so happy with my gorgeous ring! We love Redlands Jewelers….we had my husband’s wedding band made there and we were so happy with the way it came out. 20 years later we still use them for all of our jewelry needs. I have taken my jewelry there to get repaired, cleaned and they have a wonderful selection. Redlands Jewelers are fantastic in every way! The whole process was very smooth and easy going. Super communicative and informative. This was my first time picking out an engagement ring with my fiancé and I was so overwhelmed and nervous about what to pick and what I really wanted for such an important and big purchase but I found that the staff here were very understanding and supportive. Diana was the first associate I worked with and although I didn’t end up buying a in-stock ring at the location, I did decide to go the custom made route and I love everything about my new ring after going through the process! Jessi did an amazing job listening and incorporating all the design elements I wanted in my engagement ring! I highly recommend this jewelers as your place to shop for all things jewelry related! Very friendly and professional. Needed to get new batteries for a few watches and a watch face replaced. They were able to help with all of it with great, friendly service. My watch was repaired and ready in about a week and a half. Very beautiful, clean jewelry store with a wide variety of jewelry. Will definitely be back and this will be my go-to place for watch repairs. I've been with these jewelers for years, and they always do a great job. Just recently they did a custom design job for me with excellent results. I highly recommend them, especially for rare or antique jewelry. Such a wonderful experience! I really appreciated working with gemologist Jessi who took her time with redesigning my wedding band using diamonds from my husband's wedding ring. He passed away last year but now I carry his diamonds from his band on my new wedding ring & this means so much to me I took in a silver bracelet that was given to me by my sister 35 years ago. I’ve never taken it off and it finally broke in one spot. The talented people at Redlands Jewelers fixed it beautifully! All I asked was that they reconnect where it broke I didn’t really mind if the design was the same. It was more about the sentimental meaning of the bracelet. They went out of their way to fix the design and it’s just absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend them to anyone ♥️
