My favorite jewelry store. I still have pieces purchased in the 90s. One of my floating opals from years ago broke and they sent it back to Carla for me for the lifetime warranty. My gold filled opal earrings I got as a little girl are still my favorites. I'd like to see them bring back some vintage stuff like Pink "Ice". Great place for all jewelry Highly recommend Frank's for jewelry repair and custom engagement rings. Fantastic jobs with both. We'll be back for the wedding bands! This will be a little lengthy of a review, but for good reasons. I first found Frank's Jewelry just googling 'jewelers near me' as I am located in Graham, such as they are. Being I liked their reviews, I decided to take a trip in to shop for engagement rings. Picked a design and style out and 3 weeks later changed my mind in which they gave me a refund. I felt bad at that time to have asked, but my circumstances had changed. Thankfully, they were accommodating on that. Fast forward a year later, I was prepared to make the decision without regret.

Adam had taken the time to help educate me on lab created diamonds, styles of diamonds, styles of bands, etc. I eventually chose a 2.93 carat stone which was GIA certified and from my understanding, it's not easy to get a lab created diamond GIA certified unless it is damn near perfect meeting the pinnacle of the "4 Cs". I had chosen the main diamond that was ordered along with a few others. Couldn't resist the "Fire Diamond" and the rest was history. Took me longer to pick out the band/setting for it, but put everything on layaway and paid it off a little at a time.

In closing, I highly recommend Frank's for their honesty, professionalism, and more. Definitely consider them for your jewelry purchases! Best jeweler in Alamance County Great place to have work on rings and real nice people that work there.also have books to show what they can get. Awesome customer service! Will continue to business with this jewelry store. Long time family owned store! Pass down to three generations. I went there and got my class ring in high school. And I'm having my wedding rings reset as it's been 30 years! Great folks very friendly nice to work with! Reliable and convenient as well as very trustworthy! Thank you.
