I went in with my two daughters for a Mother's Day gift. I was greeted by Arrow, who was super nice and engaged with my girls, which as a parent is always wonderful. I had kind of a specific look I wanted (of course I could barely describe it) and Arrow was able to help me find what I needed right away. As someone who has been in sales myself, I'm always so appreciative when my salesperson is knowledgeable, helpful and supportive without feeling pressured into anything. I would absolutely recommend Jared and specifically Arrow to anyone looking for beautiful jewelery. Zivana at Jared is awesome!! She helped my fiancè and I pick out the perfect rings. Highly recommend! Zivana is such a sweetheart. I went in for a cleaning and wanted to look for a new band to add to my engagement ring, she helped me find the perfect match to the engagement ring. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and cares for what your rings will look like! I definitely recommend her! Steven was amazing at helping me navigate what type of ring I wanted. I was nervous because I went in with no expectations, not ever trying on rings and he made me feel so comfortable, almost as if the ring was made for me! He made it easy to ask questions and allowed me to try on whatever rings I wanted! Thank you Steven! Zivanna- was excellent. She was willing to answer any and all questions. Reassuring. Building exactly what we were looking for. Very kind and genuine. Kortnee was very supportive to Zivanna. They worked very well together.

Thank you Zivana was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She showed us rings of different types and made it a very easy process. She explained why the warranty was important. We will definitely return for future purchases. Zivana helped me pick out my wedding band after I had a custom-made engagement ring made for my fiancé. She took her with me, we had a long conversation and got to know each other well and before we knew it, I found the perfect ring! The best. Will be back. Would recommend! They signed me up for a credit card without my approval. They lied to me and said “I’m just going to see what you would get approved for and then you can decide if you want to sign up” and I told her I didn’t want to and a week later I get a credit card in the mail. That was the last time I purchased anything from Jared. Beware of these people. They are liars. We love shopping at Jared here in South Portland! Everyone at the store is so nice and friendly, you will always receive amazing customer service! Arrow in particular is always a breath of fresh air when I need my jewelry cleaned or am ready to shop for something new. I highly recommend working with the Jared team for all your jewelry needs! Zivana was great she’s a great manager at Jared and I would definitely recommend purchasing Jewelry through her at Jared. She was timely in how she managed the product and she gave regular updates. I would love to work with her again.
