We just had an exceptional and amazing experience at Gennaro Jewelers today - Big thank you to Gary, Sean and Adriana! The day started with me emailing Gary (owner) at the email on the website. He responded immediately even though we have never been in the shop before. He set us up with Sean who we met at the shop as soon as it opened and Sean and Adriana proceeded to take unbelievable care of us and fix our jewelry problem - all right in front of our eyes. We have never experienced this level of care and attention at any jeweler! The people are courteous, warm, welcoming, and professional. The vibe in the shop is inviting and truly one where customers feel and know their best interests are really being looked after and accommodated.
All shops - jewelry stores and otherwise - should take a lesson from Gennaro on how to treat the public and customers. Thank you again for such an amazing and wonderful experience!
We had never been there before but for sure they will be our first choice for our jewelry shopping going forward!! Gennaro Jewelers is amazing and Cindy is incredible. I have been using her for years at Gennaro's for all my jewelry needs. She is professional and knows her stuff. She always gives me her full attention and makes sure I have all the information I need to make decisions. Today I was there to have my wedding/engagement ring combo fixed, I was panicked because I lost a diamond chip. Cindy met me with compassion and helped me right away and my ring is fixed and I'm so relieved. Tina helped me as well get the polishing and rhodium redone, and she was very polite and knowledgeable about the process. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!! I had an incredible customer service experience with Laura and at Gennaro Jewelers. She helped advise me on a few repairs as well as resizing my father's hand engraved heirloom 1970s signet ring. Everything was done in store and in front of my eyes. The experience for the repairs and two re-sizes was less than one hour! Everything was handled with expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Gennaro and Laura for all your jewelry needs! My fiance purchased the most beautiful engagement ring from Gennaro. He had nothing but amazing things to say about working with Angela. I can’t wait to work with them again for our wedding bands! Thank you, Harris, for making my experience so seamless and positive! My family and I bought an NYPD Detective ring for my father's retirement at Gennaro Jewelers 45 years ago. The ring was lost in the ocean in Aruba 20 years ago and was recently recovered. The blue color on the ring was worn off by the seawater.
I brought the ring back to Gennaro Jewelers to see if the color could be restored. Laura and Nathan understood how precious the ring is to me and they explained the choices available to perform the restoration. The ring was restored using a ceramic inlay and the ring now looks brand new.
I recommend Gennaro Jewelers for all your jewelry needs. My husband and I feel so blessed to have found Gennaro Jewelers! They have integrity and are so professional & helpful! We recently felt like the inside of my engagement ring was rough to the touch and wanted to check it out. They were kind to help us even though it was close to 5pm and they close at 6pm! We never felt like we were being rushed! Erin took such good care of us explaining that the ring was cracked right below the diamond. She showed us magnified pictures on the monitor. Sean, the floor manager, was also very attentive and generous in providing the necessary approvals to have it fixed. Erin continued to explain the procedures while never allowing my ring to leave our sight! The jeweler, Binh, and the stone setter, Hector, were truly experts in their craft. Erin made sure and coordinated with Hector that every stone was safe in its setting and found one that needed to be replaced! Our experience was phenominal. We left there like we always do...feeling it was such a safe & secure experience! Gennaro Jewelers have the best employees that are knowledgeable, professional and caring!! We would not go any where else! Thank you!! It is an experience coming here! When you walk in you are greeted and if busy they are sure to make you aware that they know you are there and will be right with you. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgable, they will clear up any confusion and answer your questions. When I went in to get my Fiancé's ring, the process was made super easy for me and when it came to choosing the diamond, everything was laid out and explained to me on what each classification means so I can decide what is suitable. They also have great prices, I was very happy with them and will definitely be going back for more jewelry and telling my friends! Great Jewelry store and great customer service. Nathan was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and very professional. They made for me a custom law enforcement ring. It was available early than promised. Thank you so much for a great ring.
