A Bryan’s staff members and owner are very welcoming and helpful. For myself knowing little about jewelry, they really took the time to educate and help wherever was needed, while giving space to make the decision for your own needs/wants. Best prices, best team in the industry. Thanks again! Truly wonderful service! We got my engagement set from them, and ten years later when I lost my center stone, they were incredibly helpful and made the process with my insurance completely seamless. Genuine people and consistently top-notch service I love the bracelet y'all made me it's beautiful. It's a rememberance of my mother but I thought it would have knots between each jade bead to make it more masculine. Also I would of made sure the darker Jade was evenly distributed within the bracelet. We went here over a year ago to look at engagement rings. I didn't find one I loved but had a vision, so the salesperson helped to create a rendering of what I was looking for and we talked about diamond size and band thickness. My now fiance went back several times and worked with the same salesperson to nail down my ring and it came out perfectly. I unfortunately can't remember her name, but she has a rad Olaf tattoo. We plan to go back to her for our wedding bands.
Edited to add: When we first went in, it was to drop off my late grandmother's wedding set to be resize so I can wear the band everyday. They were very gentle about this and helpful in explaining the process. When I picked up, there was a more mature woman working behind the counter. She took the rings out to show me and let me try them on. She told me her mother had a very similar set and I told her it was my late grandmothers. We talked a bit and when I started crying, she hugged me over the counter! It was such a sweet interaction. They truly care about their customers here. I brought in my wedding ring to have the diamond reset and the prongs rebuilt. I also left the wedding band and another ring to be cleaned. I picked them up today and was amazed the way they sparkled. It don’t remember them ever looking so good! I dropped them off on Thursday and they were ready the next Tuesday, so a very quick turnaround. The service was great! I went A Bryan’s Jewelers to have my wedding ring cut off my finger and have it resized in remembrance of my late wife. Their customer service and workmanship were exemplary. The price was honest and fair for the work completed. I highly recommend A Bryan’s Jewelry if for
jewelry purchase or repair needs. The staff treated me like I was someone important! Their kindness and professionalism was like a warm blanket being wrapped around me! I am so grateful to be able to wear my pearl necklace again! The string of pearls were gifted to me my late husband, I now can wear them again and have him close to me! I will highly recommend A.Bryant Jewelers to anyone interested in buying, selling, repairs, or appraisals in the future! Thank you Heather & staff, I will hold y’all dear to my heart! My friend recommended this place because I had a few watch batteries to be replaced and links to take out. They were so professional, and experienced. And did it on the spot. I also got my wedding ring resized! From an 8 to a 7. They did a fantastic job. And had it done in 3 days. We went back for a few more watches and they are all wonderful to deal with. Would def recommend and had a great selection of items. Service was awesome and loved the relaxed atmosphere. They were more than happy to customize to my needs and provided a super quick turnaround. She dropped everything she was doing and got every single question I had answered immediately. My ring was cleaned and back on my hand in less than a week. The price was so affordable. I will never go anywhere else. Ask for Sarah, the compassion and grace she showed me was everything you look for in customer service. Breath of fresh air in retail . Even mister fix it ( sorry don't know his name) stopped what he was doing to assist with answering questions Sarah asked for me. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL
