Tim was so incredibly helpful in helping me pick out and create an engagement ring for my fiancée. I was so thrilled with how the ring turned out, it was exactly what I had envisioned and I had so much trust in Tim in getting it right. I went in with an idea in mind, and the ring turned out even better than I imagined thanks to Tim and Monson Jewelers. His personal touch and attention to detail made it such a smooth, fun process. And most importantly, my fiancée absolutely LOVES her ring! Outstanding service here and we will be back plenty more times! This was my first time going in to Monson jewelers. I stopped in to ask about an appraisal for my wedding and engagement rings. Bob was so nice and helpful. The turn around was so fast and he even cleaned my rings to make them sparkle again. They look beautiful. I also talked to him about ideas of what I could do with my grandparents wedding rings and he said they could definitely do something to make them special. I can’t wait to see what they will come up with. I highly recommend Monson jewelers if you’re looking for friendly and knowledgeable jewelers. You will not be disappointed. My visit needed some service for my watches. Of course, Monson’s jeweler knew my watches, and while I waited, expertly serviced them bringing them back to the accurate timepieces on which I depend. It went like clockwork (pardon the pun ).

Tim Monson did a wonderful job listening to what I wanted and then taking those ideas to create an absolutely beautiful new setting for my original diamond. I loved it so much I decided to go back to Monson’s to get a wedding band made to go with my new ring. The wedding band turned out so beautiful and you would never know that the rings were made at different times, they look seamless together. Overall a really great experience. Highly recommend!
