Erika is the best jeweler sales person I have ever known. She will work with you no matter how long it takes to make sure you get your dream diamond of your life, even if you’re not getting engaged. She helped me find my valuable engagement that was exactly what I wanted for a wonderful price. Please come and see her. She can definitely get your prayers answered. I will always from now on go to her for all of my jewelry from now on. Please come and meet with her. Derek is absolutely amazing! I was having so many issues with my original wedding ring and felt like I was not getting the help I needed at another location, Derek took care of me right away and helped me make a gorgeous custom ring that I am actually excited to wear! The process was super easy and Derek made sure to smooth out any complications as well as communicated with me throughout the whole process.
Erika is absolutely fantastic to work with as well! She was so kind and entertained my 5year old when we came in so I could focus on what needed to be done.
My soon to be daughter in law was having issues at another location as well with a ring her grandmother gave her and I suggest going to see Derek and Erika and they helped her out right away!
I highly suggest going to this location for all of your jewelry needs because they will take care of you without any hiccups! It was a pleasure working with these two and I cannot wait to get more jewelry with them in the future! Erika at the Michigan City, Indiana store went above and beyond to make things right. My ring was due back in the store by 4/24, but when I called to check on the status, the store was closed. I called the Valpo store and spoke to Cheryl, I explained my wedding was on 5/3 and my ring was guaranteed to arrive by 4/24. I was informed that the store was closed due to a raccoon that had gotten into the store. Before I could panic, she took my contact info and said she would call me. Within 30 minutes, Ericka called to reassure me that she was on it and would do everything she could to get me my ring in time. Ericka, contacted the UPS driver and went to pick up my ring personally on her own time, and I was able to pick up my ring Saturday, which ironically was also my birthday! We will now be customers for life. Thank you Erika!!! Erika Washington, Absolutely hands down BEST help ever! Super sweet, helpful, took her time answering any and all questions we had! Just went out of her way to help make sure my fiancé and I left satisfied! Will definitely be back to see her again soon! Thank you so much Erika! Erika was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. She not only sold us our set, but knows the area very well and had great restaurant suggestions! My sales lady was fantastic. She understood what I was looking for and took really good care of me.
