Beautiful pieces and great customer service! I will definitely buy from you again. All three of the sales women present at the shop were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful for my transactions. I brought in some jewelry that I optioned for credit to buy another piece that had to be brought in from another store. That piece I had seen online was even more beautiful in person. The sales team made everything so easy and so pleasant! I hate shopping for jewelry, it is often like buying a new car but that all changed at the Manchester Market Square Jewelers. Bob Hyde had been the friendliest, no pressure person we have ever dealt with. He is very down to earth, not like some other people we dealt with that were always trying to get us to spend more, or seemed to look down on us when we questioned prices. Bob has gone out of his way to help us reach a decision and save money about a ring I wanted to have made, incorporating my own diamond. I couldn't be happier and will go to him for all jewelry purchases we may need to make in the future. We secretly chose each other engagement rings here. We returned together to pick out our wedding bands together. Because our engagement rings were so unique we weren't sure what could possibly go with them. The selection was enough that we found the perfect rings. If you are looking for something unique and special, this is definitely the place to go! Unless you select a plain band it is pretty much a guarantee that no one will have a ring like yours! Rob shows great customer service , great jewelry on elm st I just returned from the Manchester, NH store and I want to recognize Rob for his exemplary customer service! I picked up a purchase from a “Live” show and sold several pieces for future shopping here. Rob was so patient and informative - I will definitely return to this location. Exceptional customer service from Santana. I brought my niece’s tangled necklace in for recommendations or help. I left it overnight with Santana, who completely detangled the huge snarl at no charge. I was thrilled!

I had previously purchased a gorgeous opal necklace from Market Square Jewelers. I’m very impressed with them. Had what I was looking for at a great price The man running the store was extremely personable and helpful. A lot of beautiful and timeless pieces! Rob was great! Great people and great selection.
