lindsey and kelly helped me today! I seen something online and they helped me find something even better in store! I usually get great help from megan but these ladies really did a great job. Tariah & Jim were awesome!! Tariah is such a sweetheart! Very attentive and dedicated to trying to help me make a purchase that I was satisfied with. Jim even did an extra & cleaned jewelry for me from another jeweler. If you’re making a jewelry purchase, Helzberg is definitely the BEST place. Good quality jewelry!! Jeff is great! He took the utmost care of us and made us feel so at home. We normally work with Jim only but will happily work with Jeff anytime he is available! Jeff was amazing! He’s so knowledgeable, friendly and hilarious. I was able to explore custom options as well as in stock items. After much deliberation, I was able to choose the items I wanted most. Jeff was patient and I did not feel pressured to buy anything. I also frequent this location for maintenance on my other pieces and the experience is always great. Jeff did an amazing job helping us with our situation. My partner and I had talked about upgrading my promise ring and we brought it in to be repairs because the band was damaged. Turned out it would have to be completely replaced so we went the route of the upgrade instead. We gave a budget and what we wanted in a ring and he helped us find the perfect one and in our budget.
