I can’t recommend Beifeld Jewelers enough! Scott was incredibly attentive and a pleasure to work with while my husband selected the perfect oval engagement ring. When it came time for our wedding bands, the experience was just as fantastic. They even engraved my husband's band beautifully. Thanks to Beifeld, we have stunning rings that we’ll cherish forever! This is the go to store in Philly for custom engagement rings!! Scott helped us create the ring of my dreams! With a unique stone and setting in mind, he helped us source the right diamond and exact setting that is beautiful, timeless yet unique, and will last. Patient, resourceful, and with a great eye - Scott at Beidenfeld jewlers is your guy! Extremely nice and professional. We have gotten rings resized there before and they did a great job with our jewelry. My wife brought her necklace in for a repair and they were able to fix it within a couple minutes and didn’t even charge us for the repair. Definitely the best jewelry store in the area. Great selection and customer services The gentleman at Beifeld helped my husband with the most gorgeous ring! I had lost my engagement ring after 16 years and he was able to help recreate the ring but with a few other touches that signified our family and growth together as a couple. He was also able to place an heirloom family diamond in it to make it beyond special. And before my husband left, he put it in the coolest box that lights up when you open it!! So fun as I do it all the time! I would highly suggest anyone who wants to make someone feel uber special, go visit Beifeld Jewelers! Enjoy! Went here for a watch band repair and was met with a respectful employee who wanted to help me when he could have helped someone spending thousands on jewelry. The owner/manager however was totally disrespectful towards him for not doing things fast enough or correctly. I’m not sure who’s fault it was but its not justifiable to lambast an employee in front of customers (I wasn’t the only one there). The poor guy who helped me had a sense of humor about it, but it left such a bad taste in my mouth about who I was giving my money too. There are better people to give money too than an owner that is constantly going to yell at his employees, and I’m sure it’s worse when no one is there.
