I popped into Fast-Fix kind of last-minute, hoping to resize my engagement ring. Every other place told me it would take two weeks, but Max looked at it and basically said, “No problem, give me a couple hours.” I didn’t even believe him at first—mall jewelry spots aren’t exactly known for that level of service.

But two hours later, the ring was done, fit like a dream, and honestly looked better than when I brought it in. Max was a GEM! (Pun intended), thorough, not cheap but fair with pricing, and answered every question. No pressure, no fluff—just genuinely good work and good people.

It’s such a nice feeling to actually get what you ask for. I’ve officially found my new go-to for jewelry repair and cleaning. I came here as a recommendation from one of the jewelers from Kay jewelers they warned me it would cost me “an arm and a leg” I went anyway cause I was so desperate to get my ring resized after being pregnant and not being able to wear it for months now.. My husband and I came in was greeted by an older woman real nice (no complaints ). Older gentleman came over to us so that we can explain further exactly what we wanted to do with BOTH my wedding ring and engagement ring, not sure if he had a rough day that day or what but he was not the friendliest .. His customer service just like the other reviews on here is not the best At all even after explaining everything to him and waiting two hours we came back to pick up the ring and just as my husband and I expected ring did not fit :(.. we explained again to Max to please resize the ring and he asked us to come back in 20 mins.. 20 mins passed by and ring was fine.. I only gave two stars due to the customer service of the older women if not I would have given 1.. first and last time I will come here.. and yes very overpriced They are not honest too expensive and they lie. They gave me a price of 250.00 for the repairs I wanted to do on some jewelry and said it will be an hour, the employees name was Max and it took over 2 hours and they charged me over 300 dollars. I don’t recommend this place to anyone they are scammers, and liars and not honest. Max was extremely helpful and very efficient! I was able to get my ring resized in a timely manner and it was beautifully done at a fraction of the price that I would have paid at Zales. I would definitely return and I highly recommend this place, especially if Max is there. Thanks for the great service. The woman in the counter it’s extremely rude !!! I don’t know why she works here if her customer service it’s the worse one. The owner really needs to consider hire someone else for replace the lady. Besides that, the gentleman who fix my watch was very nice and patience. Came into this fantastic place to get my girlfriends engagement ring resized. The customer service was immediate and true to their word, the ring was sized in less than half hour!! Fast Fix is Fantastic. Max's work was like it never was touched Highly recommended. Thank You Amazing! Fixed my cracked ring in a matter of minutes. Literally soldered it in front of me, polished it, cleaned it, and I was out in 20 minutes. Can't even tell the bottom was cracked. Very grateful I can honestly say that in my almost 30 years of life, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m not exaggerating - the woman at the counter is extremely rude and clearly hates her job. This place is insanely expensive, yet they still treat customers so poorly. I will never come back. NEVEEEER!!!!!!
