I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars! From start to finish the process of getting my ring and bracelet made and together were a breeze. I being located in CT it made it a little difficult but they made a tough process easy. Would recommend them for all your jewelry needs! I thought I found an honest jewelry store but I soon found out that I had not. I asked the older guy how to take a link out of my watch. He said let me see it. He took the link out without telling me it would cost $10. He should have given me the option to say do it or not. I could have gotten it taken out for far less but I figured because I was there I would inquire about it. I was never told of the charge until I saw my receipt. The younger guy we charge for that. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can see them. Had them service my corum bubble divebomber. Took it in the busiest time of year and they still got it done pretty fast and at a fair price. Keeping perfect time now Very professional, great work brought my husband's watch back to life, and sized my
Father's ring for him. Priceless! Good pricing. I highly recommend Prata Jewelers for any repair work that you need done on your jewelry. All work is done on premises, the workmanship is superb & prices are very reasonable. I'm so happy to have found them! And although their showroom is small, the selection of fine jewelry & watches is nice. The attached photo are all the rings that I had repaired. They had been sitting in a box for years needing attention to be wearable again. Now they look brand new! What a great hidden gem. Im so glad i trusted them to repair an old ring. The quality in the repair was top notch. When I got it back it looked like it just came out of the case. I left another piece for them to repair. The first time I walked in I thought their shop was an intimate rare classic. I’ve been very happy to have found items here which I would not have elsewhere.

They are knowledgeable, creative, and friendly I love Prata Jewelers and highly recommend them to everyone. We have had jewelry repaired by Sam the owner and were very pleased. We purchased jewelry and have had our pieces cleaned there. Very friendly, honest and reliable people. Great location great people to do business with very service oriented.
