Bella was very welcoming. I found a beautiful, stylish pair of pearl earrings-just what i was looking for. They will be ready in a week and ship for free. I was so pleased with my wedding band shopping experience at Hitched Chicago! Bella listened closely to what my fiancé and I were looking for, gave us plenty of options and time to consider them all, and even offered a complimentary engagement ring cleaning. We didn’t feel pressured at all, and promptly received a follow up email detailing our favorite rings so we could sleep on the decision. Thank you Bella for a great shopping experience! Looking forward to receiving my ring.

Note to shoppers: average turn around time is 60-90 days My partner and I went to Hitched for our first time shopping for engagement rings. We were upfront with the consultation team that we were in the beginning stages of the process with limited knowledge of what we wanted. More than anything we wanted a fun, stress free experience to learn our own and each other’s tastes and that’s exactly what we got!

Caroline was amazing in educating us and guiding us through the process in a very casual way that didn’t make us feel pressured at all, but left us extremely excited to continue the process. I’m already recommending this place to friends and family in Chicago and look forward to what this journey may bring! Hitched was the perfect place to get my wife’s wedding and engagement rings. They were professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable.
The first engagement ring I purchased did not go quite as planned, but the Hitched team helped out through the whole process. I had a ring designed based on my fiancée’s Pinterest board, however, the side diamonds of the ring were fragile and would pop off with the slightest brush against fabric or while drying her hands, wearing gloves, etc. The first time it happened, Hitched replaced the diamond that popped out without question. The second time it happened, they let me know it is a design issue with the ring making it super fragile and in order to make sure the ring lasted, it would need to be redesigned. They had a designer sit down with my fiancée and I to create the perfect unique ring that she would love, all without extra charge. They took care of us and were nothing but polite and professional the entire time. They turned what could have been a bad experience into an amazing one and now my wife loves her ring even more than the original design. We both got our wedding rings from Hitched and wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. Thanks to Hitched for everything! Went to this spot to try on wedding bands, and I am pretty blown away by the customer service we experienced. Served complimentary glasses of prosecco when we were seated, and our hostess was super knowledgeable with detailed answers to all of my questions. I highly recommend to any other soon-to-be grooms out there! They did a great job resizing and polishing my heirloom wedding band, along with getting a band made for my fiancé!

Updating review: while they’re clear about their service time, it is quite longer than majority of places in town. They also incorrectly sized a band and did not offer to correct it for free and said it could take up to 6weeks, so we went elsewhere that corrected in 5 minutes. My boyfriend and I booked an engagement consultation at Hitched, and it was our first time exploring engagement rings. The experience was incredibly informative, welcoming, and stress-free. Katie was so helpful, accommodating, and lovely to work with. I walked in knowing only about 3% of what I wanted in a ring and left 97% sure of exactly what I wanted! I especially loved getting to try on so many different styles. Hitched was also decorated so cute. Highly recommend for anyone starting their engagement ring journey! After going on a walk through our neighborhood we stumbled upon this storefront. We immediately made an appointment for the next day. We were blown away by the customer service we received. Caroline was kind and patient with us and made this experience feel truly special. We were able to sip Prosecco, try on all the rings, and had the space to have discussion on what we liked and didn’t like without feeling pressure. Caroline explained the differences between metals, diamonds, sizes, and the customization of almost any ring which was incredibly helpful to us novices. My fiancé and I both left having purchased our dream wedding bands. This was one of the more enjoyable parts of the wedding planning process! Katie was so helpful for finding my wedding band and gave great suggestions for finding my ring! We are doing a customized ring and she walked my fiancé and I through the process and answered all of the questions we had. She made our appointment at Hitched so easy! Very happy we chose Hitched. We worked with Katie at Hitched to design my fiancée’s engagement ring and had an incredible experience from start to finish. My fiancée didn’t have a specific design in mind, but after sharing some general ideas and style preferences, Katie came back with a few options that perfectly captured what we were envisioning. The whole process was seamless, and they even expedited the final steps to accommodate a proposal date I hadn’t fully planned in advance.
