I stopped by today to ask about getting my necklace chain shortened and wanted to share my great experience. The jeweler was very kind and was bale to shorten it right on the spot -- it took less than five minutes! I was even more surprised when he didn't charge me for the work. Amazing service, super efficient, and genuinely kind. I'll definitely come back with other jewelry repairs! Extremely satisfied with the service I received today. Had 4 watch batteries replaced for around $48! Done in 30 minutes! I wish more places provided service like this! Will be my go-to spot for watch repair from now on! They were unable to open a watch that I brought in, which is fine and in of itself not an issue at all. The real problem I have is that the technician who worked on my watch absolutely ruined the case back and left horrible marks on it when they tried to open it. When the watch was returned to me the technician didn’t disclose any of the marks or scratches. I failed to check it with my own two eyes as I assumed this business was trustworthy. Visit at your own risks I have been a customer for a very long time. They are always there to help me take out links in my watches, or add some. They have repaired clasps on a necklace and today I was able to get some new backs for earrings that I had lost some. Check them out, see what they can do for you! Love this place. Super efficient, no-nonsense, affordable and gets the job done. I’ve had 4 rings (both new and vintage/sterling silver as well as 10k and 14k gold) resized here and two 14k necklaces re-soldered after I broke some delicate chain links. All were finished in less than 24 hours at super reasonable prices. Everything looks great and has held up over time! Will keep coming here for all jewelry repair! Thanks guys!
