First time going into Jared was a great experience. Unlike the lack of attention or experience by sales people at mall jewelry stores. I went to the Park North location and was immediately greeted by Laurie. I went in looking to upgrade my diamond setting. Tried them all on, but instead decided to just upgrade the ring completely. Laurie was very patient throughout the whole process. I would defiantly go back and buy from her again. Thanks Laurie! I love this ring! Just had to share my recent experience at Jared Jewelry store located on San Pedro in San Antonio. I took my custom diamond ring of 10 years to have it repaired. I was greeted by Annie Gallo. She was very nice, polite, professional, informative and very helpful. I inquired about the cost of the ring repair. Annie was very helpful in looking up my purchase and found I had purchased the warranty. After a few minutes, my ring was taken to be repaired, at no cost, and I was informed it would be ready the following day. Two days later, I picked up my ring. All I can say is WOW! My ring looked better than when I purchased it. Jared did an amazing repair job. I was truly impressed with Jared. They proved to be trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. For my next diamond purchase, Jared will be first on my list.
Thank you Annie and Jared for making this a memorable experience. Olivia was amazing! Very patient and very helpful. Was very willing to show us anything and everything within our budget! She even helped me take pictures of our rings in store! To get the best pictures possible with my phone she got the magnifying glass with the light and used my phone to take the pictures! It was like a mini photo shoot with the rings lol. She definitely goes above and beyond for her customers and I appreciate everything she did for us! We couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you for your help! Absolutely in love with Jared, especially this location. Olivia and Laura are amazing. My fiancé picked out a beautiful engagement ring, but it was a bit difficult to find a wedding band. I found a couple but wasn’t in love. After meeting Olivia, I told her the ones I liked but wasn’t in love with. Olivia then brought in Laura, and they helped me create the band of my dreams. With my ring, the band I wanted wouldn’t fit perfectly, so they asked their jeweler Amber to customize the band to fit perfectly. We trust Olivia so much and plan to keep coming back. My now fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Olivia at Jared, and I was beyond impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. To my surprise, she knew all about my engagement and it was revealed that she was actually the one who had sold the ring to my fiancé! I had no idea that the whole process had already been planned out. Olivia was so welcoming and patient with me when I came in to try on rings a few weeks ago. I was a bit indecisive, but she showed me a variety of options, offered valuable feedback, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the experience. She was incredibly sweet and helpful. I truly appreciated her guidance and kindness throughout the process. I would definitely not recommend this location.
The manager helped me pick out a necklace for my wife and confirmed the price of the necklace with the tag. When I got home I noticed the receipt showed a retail price $100 more than what the tag indicated. Even when I went back to complain he tried to make excuses and said he didn’t remember confirming the price. Only after I had him call their general manager (no idea if he was actually speaking to anyone on the phone) did he start pretending to look through the trash hoping he’d find the price tag from the previous day. He eventually corrected the price to what was confirmed.

I also took my wife’s wedding ring back for the required service only to find out a week later that the “service” was not performed or documented into their system which could have caused our warranty to be voided.

These are some serious issues. We would have been devastated to learn later that our wedding ring, which wasn’t cheap, was no longer under warranty due to the negligence of this store. Luckily I was able to confirm with another location and setup a time to get our ring serviced and documented for the warranty. My experience today with John Guerra was truly outstanding. From the moment we began, he attentively listened to my preferences and expertly curated a selection of watch options that perfectly aligned with my style. His knowledge of the different brands and designs was impressive, and he made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I left feeling confident and satisfied with my choice. I would absolutely return and highly recommend John to anyone looking for personalized, professional assistance. I absolutely loveeee the vibes in this store first and foremost and Laura was sooooo helpful in helping my bf and I find the most amazing and perfect engagement ring!!! I’m absolutely in love with my ring and I can’t wait to get engaged:) Olivia was a pleasure to work with. She was very informative, patient, and worked very well with us to find the perfect ring. Jon was also very helpful with helping us create a custom setting for my big rock and tiny finger. Definitely recommend this location and crew! My Wife and I have purchased numerous items from Annie. In fact she did an amazing job when it came to our wedding rings. We had both of them custom made and have been very happy with the quality and attention to detail. If you are looking for jewelry, it is worth your time to go in and visit Annie!
