Wonderful service, very helpful, friendly, fun and spent less than I thought I'd have to! The entire staff was AMAZING!! My wife and I are renewing our vows after 35 years of marriage and I replaced my lost wedding band and had a missing stone replaced in Michelle's ring. Great job KAY Jewelers! We'll be back! I am not one to post reviews but coming here was such an incredible experience. I was looking for a necklace that represented my faith and class. It’s absolutely perfect and I’m so happy I had the help to find a perfect necklace. Thank you miss Brenda for helping me find such a beautiful necklace. Ms. Debbie helped me find some perfect last minute Mother’s Day gifts ! I was indecisive and she carefully and professionally helped me with deciding. She also gave me options with the sales they had going on so I appreciate her looking out for my wallet ! I can’t wait for another last minute gift lol I will be coming to Ms Debbie . Wonderful customer service! Brenda was excellent. She helped me pick out a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. She was patient and allowed us to take our time to find what we really wanted. Top notch staff. Sally, Mya, and the other ladies whom I didn't get their names are ALL amazing. I would 100 times recommend this company (in Castleton Mall specifically) to anyone. They have a customer FOR LIFE!!! Halee is amazing she helps me almost every time I come in the store and makes me feel welcome I can not wait to come back and buy another set My visit is always pleasant and Halee was a joy to work with. She went above and beyond her service. Brenda was also a joy to work with. The whole store were amazing. Finding an engagement ring for my fiancé was a breeze. I was worried with the little knowledge I knew About rings, but with the help of a sweet lady name Brenda I was able to buy the perfect ring for my best friend. I Highly recommend coming here. I came in to trade in my engagement ring and the staff were incredibly patient and worked with my budget and style preferences. I found my dream ring and one of the staff members (who I believe is the manager) had my service order rushed so my ring came back in just a week!! I am so incredibly happy with my purchase and it’s all thanks to the amazing staff! Thank you so much Went here to look for wedding rings. As someone who has never shopped for real jewelry, Sally was incredibly helpful and made the entire process easy to understand and was very supportive. Would recommend.
