I got my engagement ring from John at Diamond Club International, and I cannot recommend him enough! I was very particular about what I wanted, with a lot of customization requests—and John made the entire process seamless.

He offered amazing insight and helped me make some tough decisions, walking me through different stone configurations and side stone designs. He created numerous CAD designs to help me visualize the ring, and he kept up with all my changes (and there were a lot).

What stood out the most was John's passion for creating the perfect ring for me and my fiancée—it truly showed in his effort, attention to detail, and prompt communication. I seriously doubt you'll find this level of service and personalization anywhere else.

I spoke to numerous places in the Diamond District, and even checked out a few big-box stores before I found John. Most felt like a tug-of-war when it came to negotiating price. But with John, he gave me his best price right away and matched it with amazing service.

You honestly cannot go wrong with John—I'm so glad I found him. I shopped through the diamond district for a custom engagement ring and visited 9 places, and before leaving for the day I stopped by at Diamond Club International on a whim. The way John welcomed me, he gave me a sense of trust from the get-go with his tone and attentiveness. I showed him a design I wanted to customize, and he gave me assurance he’d be able to make what I requested. What really gave me confidence was that I asked for samples of his previous work and was shown dozens of custom rings that proved the quality of his work.

I took a week after making my trip think about which jewelers to reach out to, and John responded to my DM within minutes. I decided to go with Diamond Club, and it was the absolute best decision I made. John worked with me so closely, listening to every detail and modification I wanted and talked through what would look and be best for the ring. We went through multiple CAD mockups, and John went out of his way to find special stones and incorporate intricate details we didn’t think were feasible. I can’t stress enough how meticulously John worked to make this ring possible and he delivered much earlier than expected!

We’re going straight back to Diamond Club International for our wedding bands, and I tell everyone I know looking for a ring to visit John and prepare for the best possible outcome. From the very beginning, the staff was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly—without any pressure at all.

I Highly recommend DCI!!!! I was on a mission to find a teal gemstone to celebrate my 5 yrs with low grade ovarian cancer and I walked into the Diamond District and everyone I spoke to wanted to give me green or blue but then I met John. John knew what teal color I was looking for, I gave him a very tight timeline as I wanted to celebrate, and he said leave it with me. This level of trust was concerning, I questioned it but gave him my phone number with no money down. Next thing I know, within 24 hours I have a text with multiple teal gemstones to choose from and an offer to come back and build the ring. I had the ring within a week of all of this! And it is beautiful and perfect. I am quite grateful I found John and his level of expertise got me exactly what I wanted for a great price! Amazing team, best in class service. John was very patient and enthusiastic every single time we met, after 3 trips to NYC and more than 20 diamonds, I found the perfect one! 5 stars are not enough, I highly recommend Diamond Club International Working with John was an absolute delight for our engagement ring! He is incredibly communicative, highly conscientious, and is truly dedicated to his craft. John helped us navigate a variety of detailed decisions and trade-offs to create the perfect ring, and then made sure we were involved and happy at every step of the process until we had it in hand. Additionally, John and his team were so flexible and were able to expedite resizing our rings to fit us perfectly. We wish we could give them more than 5 stars!
