Easiest 5 Star Review! Great service! Molly was my sales rep and she was amazing. She doesn’t treat you like just a number , she really focuses on building a relationship with a client and understanding their needs and wants out of their desired product. I purchased my very first Rolex here and I’m extremely happy with my experience at this store. I will most definitely be back as they have one of the best selections of jewelry and time pieces I have seen. Thanks again Molly! 10/10 service. I highly recommend this store for someone looking for luxury watches. I am a first time Rolex buyer and I was looking for date just model to wear in my Job promotion ceremony. Wayne was my sale rep and he really educated me and explained about the entire process and put in my request order for my first Rolex watch. Great customer service/ Great atmosphere/great people. This is my personal experience. You might have a better one. I inherited my grandmother's Rolex. I took it to Bachendorf's to have them authenticate and clean the watch.

The moment I walked in, the police officer at the door shuffled to the ready position, and the man behind the counter looked at me with such indignation that I felt dirty just for existing. He asked if he could help. I told him what I needed, and he said, "We don't do that here, but I can tell you that's probably not a real Rolex." Without looking closely at it.

I haven't been made to feel so poor for walking into a place before as I did that day. It was a negative experience that I felt could have been avoided if I had walked in wearing a suit and tie. Compliments to Blanca Wilcox at the Ft Worth Bachendorf’s store.
She was very helpful and knowledgeable on Rolex watches.
I went to Both Bachendorf’s in Dallas and didn’t get the level of service that I received in Ft. Worth. Thank you again Blanca for your knowledge and professionalism. Have been coming to see Molly for a little over two years now and she is absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable of the watches they offer, very inviting every time I set foot in the store, and is excellent at accommodating requests or ordering pieces. I took my mother-in-law’s watch here for a new battery and cleaning. The staff were all super nice and the store was organized and clean. There is a police officer at the front for security. Lots of watches and fine jewelry options in-store. They had to send the watch off for the servicing but said it’ll only be 7-10 days and $85 upon pickup! Pretty good deal! I’m currently in the market for my first Rolex and was a bit apprehensive as I was not familiar with the process, but Mateo did such a wonderful job. Making me feel at home, taking the time to answer my questions, and all with a smile on his face. I look forward to doing business with them more in the future and would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! Another satisfied customer and excellent buying experience. Molly Rudd is always a pleasure to do business with, going out of her way to make sure her customers are 100% satisfied. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else other than Bachendorfs Ft Worth and Molly. I’ll be back and thanks again! I have visited this location in Clearfork 3 times now. Kim has been the one I have worked with during all my visits. Kim is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The store is amazing g and has a great vib. My wife and I are both on waiting lists (as expected) and we cannot wait to get the call that our watches are available. We purchased a wolf winder last week and Are excited to pick it up soon! So far so good with Bachendorfs and I am very pleased with Kim! My wife and I have been using Bachendorfs's almost exclusively for the last three years. I have never felt compelled to write a google review, and this is my first ever.

Greg is my salesman, and he has an absolute "white-glove" approach to customer service. Most sales people just want to sell you what they have, or push you towards the "higher commission" items... not the case at this Bachendorf's, or with Greg. He listens, has helped me custom design jewelry, ordered and received watches that are "near impossible" to get... all around excellent team of professionals from the sales team to upper management. I would add a 6th star if I could.
