I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Robbins Brothers. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly. They took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for and offered expert advice. The selection of jewelry is stunning—high-quality pieces that really stand out. We couldn’t be happier with our final choices. The staff (Denise & Jen in particular) were kind and inviting, making the whole experience feel special. I will definitely be returning for any future jewelry needs and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for exceptional service and exquisite jewelry. 10/10 all the way! P.S. the complimentary champagne was a cherry on top! If you’re looking for quality jewelry as well as top-notch service, this is the place to come to. After our visit to Helzberg and Kay being nothing but pushy sales people. We decided to try a friend recommended Robbins Brothers needless to say it was the best move. Robert treated us like family not as customers, went above and beyond to make sure that I had a perfect ring to have my now fiancée’s finger shining bright. And obviously the engagement ring wasn’t enough so after we got engaged, we had to make a second stop to make sure we got our bands as well. Fantastic selection and a wonderful team is what you will experience when shopping at Robbins Brothers. We have been clients of theirs for 13 years and took advantage of the “upgrade” service offered. It is really nice to know that you can purchase your initial ring and upgrade to something different if you decide you want a change. The only issue I have is not buying more jewelry when I stop in to get my rings cleaned!✨ I was very pleased with the quality here for natural diamonds! Denisse was very attentive to my jewelry needs for an engagement ring, especially my budget and timeline. We went through a couple of rounds of viewing the natural diamond options until eventually selecting the perfect one. I really appreciated her patience and kindness because I was stressed going into the experience but she showed a lot of assurance by informing me well on the process and ring design. We visited countless ring shops before finally walking into Robbins Brothers — and without realizing it at the time, it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. That’s where we met Jen.

From the moment she stepped in to help us, Jen brought such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care to the experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping us navigate all our questions and ideas until we found the ring that felt absolutely perfect. Jen made us feel heard and valued — not just as customers, but as a couple stepping into the next big moments of our lives.

We’ve been back to see her multiple times since, and every single visit, she’s made us feel like we were her only clients. We even shared our engagement story with her — it felt like she was just as excited as we were. That kind of personal connection is rare, and we’re so grateful for it.

Robbins Brothers was the first stop for my now-fiancé and I to look at engagement rings ahead of the surprise proposal. As you can imagine, we were so excited. This excitement quickly faded. Upon entering, we were paired with a salesperson who immediately told us no pictures would be allowed during our visit…even jumping at me at one point when I took out my phone to text. She asked me what I liked & didn’t like. She proceeded to continuously bring out cuts, settings, and band metals I’d told her at the beginning I did not like...over and over again. We felt super disappointed after our visit. To make matters worse, a friend of mine recently went and sent me multiple pictures of rings/diamonds she liked. This is great for her, but did not line up with the treatment we received. We were treated like we were robbing the place, rather than customers. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere and got a beautiful engagement ring. This is my second time purchasing from Robbins Brothers and each experience has been incredible. For this visit, Michael S. really made the process of purchasing the perfect wedding brand an absolute breeze. Michael's hospitality was top notch and his recommendation on quality wedding bands was spot on. After a brief conversation with my fiancee, he soon recommended the perfect wedding band that complimented her engagement ring. What could have been a truly daunting decision was made into an easy and quick visit thanks to Michael. He even helped get a quick repair done on another ring within the short time we were there! Truly an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone. I stopped by after work one day and worked with Jason on finding a diamond that was perfect for my proposal. Jason was exceptional and has been in the business for many years. I never felt too pressured or pushed during the whole process. I leave 4 stars because ultimately I did go with another jeweler for my purchase but I would highly recommend working with Jason. If I could leave a review just for him it would be 10/10.
